Full Description

The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway held their 2023 Spring Steam Gala over the weekend of 9th – 12th March 2023.

Visiting locomotives were LMS Jubilee No. 45690 ‘Leander’ and LMS Black 5s No. 44871 and 45407 The Lancashire Fusilier.

Joining the visitors were LMS Jubilee No. 45596 Bahamas, LMS Black 5 No. 45212, Taff Vale No. 85, L&Y ‘Ironclad’ No. 52044, Coal Tank No. 1054, BR Standard 4 No. 75078 and the BLS Breakdown Crane (in steam at Ingrow West).

An unusual twist for the gala was heavy snow on the Thursday and Friday, which made for some epic footage!

Freight trains and double headers all feature in the jam packed DVD along with express trains, onboard footage and lineside shots.

Music does not feature throughout the actual DVD/Blu-Ray, only during opening/closing credits
