Orders & Delivery
You will receive a confirmation of order by email after completing the checkout process.
We will update your order status to confirm when the order has been despatched, and include the Royal Mail tracking reference, if applicable.
We aim to process orders received within 1 working day, with most orders being posted the same day whenever possible. If there are any changes to this, a message will be displayed on the product and basket pages.
Items are sent by whichever service you chose at the checkout e.g. 1st or 2nd Class.
Please check the product and shop pages for any special notices about delivery dates, e.g. Christmas/New Year Holidays.
Delays may occur due to a reduced service at Royal Mail during the Coronavirus pandemic.
If for any reason there is a delay in despatching your order, we will contact you by email.
Many products include free 2nd class UK P&P, please check the individual product for actual costs.
International postage can be calculated by adding the item to your basket and selecting your country at the checkout.
Refunds & Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, then please contact us so that we can make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to you, and for the damaged item to be returned to us.
If you have decided that you no longer wish to keep the product, then you can return it to us at your expense, provided that you return it to us in original unopened condition, and within 30 days from the date of your order. Please contact us to let us know that you are returning the product.
If you have returned a product to us then we will refund you the original cost of the product, less the original costs incurred by us in posting the item to you.
If you return a product to us outside these timescales, or return an item in a used condition, then we will not be able to process a refund for you.
