(Braunton runs through Dawlish cams from 11-45am to 12 noon approx’ today 17th May) The outcrop of rock partially seen on the Blenheim cam looking west was called ‘The Parsons nose’ in Victorian days! So Brunel’s tunnel cut through the cliff face would be called Parsons tunnel! And its nice to see a picture below of the old 1000 (Blue)…
