One of many Railway Touring Company tours running in 2020, passengers will begin boarding at London Paddington Station.
Picking up passengers along the way from selected stations, ‘Duchess of Sunderland’ takes passengers along parts of the old Great Western Railway mainline heading for the West Somerset Railway (WSR) heritage line.
Once on WSR track, one of their engines will run the train along the line to Minehead Station. After a two hour stay where passengers can enjoy the local beach among many activities, the train will now return London bound.
This tour boards at London Paddington, Slough, Reading and Newbury on its way to the West Somerset Railway’s Minehead Station.
