East Midlands Regional passengers can tap in for real-time information

East Midlands Railway (EMR) passengers will see new QR code stickers at stations across four counties.

EMR Regional customers travelling from stations in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire will be able to get information about service timings quickly by using the new facility.

The stickers can be found in waiting rooms or near platforms.  Once the code has been scanned, customers will receive details of the next three trains running from their specific location via Messenger or Whatsapp.

The QR stickers will be placed in the following stations:

Derbyshire stations:

Ambergate, Cromford, Duffield, Peartree, Spondon, Whatstandwell

Leicestershire stations:

Barrow-upon-Soar, Sileby, South Wigston

Lincolnshire stations:

Ancaster, Barton on Humber, Barrow Haven, Gainsborough Lea Road, Great Coates, Grimsby Docks, Goxhill, Habrough, Havenhouse, Heckington, Healing, Hykeham, Hubberts Bridge, Market Rasen, Metheringham, New Clee, New Holland, Rauceby, Stallingborough, Swinderby, , Thorpe Culvert, Ulceby

Nottinghamshire stations:

Aslockton, Attenborough, Bleasby, Bottesford, Burton Joyce, , Collingham, , Fiskerton, Lowdham, , Radcliffe, Rolleston, Thurgarton,
