Tornado steam locomotive to depart Edinburgh and Dundee this Thursday

Steam locomotive 60163 Tornado will be on the mainline this Thursday, 2nd September, as it heads for Aberdeen.

Tornado is hauling the Aberdonian this Thursday.

Departing Edinburgh at 09:41, the train will pass through Haymarket (09:44), Burntisland (10:13), Perth (11:10), Invergowrie (11:37), Dundee (11:56), Carnoustie (12:28), Montrose (12:54), Stonehaven (13:24) and Aberdeen (13:47).

The return trip will see Tornado depart at 17:00, and will then pass through Montrose (17:49), Carnoustie (18:14), Dundee (18:30), Perth (19:07), Dunblane (20:13), Stirling (20:21), Haymarket (21:42) and Edinburgh at 21:49.
