Alstom has announced that they have been presented with Top Employer 2021 certifications in 14 countries.
The Top Employers Institute examines the Human Resources (HR) department of companies to assess how well they function at supporting employees.
In Alstom’s case, they excelled in all areas and in a number of countries. Topics looked into include Work Environment, Talent Acquisition and Learning.
Alstom Senior Vice President of Human Resources Anne-Sophie Chauveau-Galas said: “We are immensely proud to have been officially recognised as a Top Employer 2021. The acknowledgement demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring that Alstom figures among the best places in the world to work. We believe that Alstom is first and foremost a collection of people who are the very best in their respective domains and that the company’s attitude toward those people, and the opportunities it offers them, should reflect that,”
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink said: “Despite the challenging year we have experienced, which has certainly made an impact on organisations around the globe, Alstom has continued to demonstrate the power of putting their people first in the workplace. We are proud to share this year’s announcement and congratulate all the organisations who have been certified in their respective countries through the Top Employers Institute programme,”
