LNER steam locomotive ‘A1’ No. 60163 ‘Tornado’ will be in Skipton this Friday as it heads to Carnforth Steamtown.
This movement will get Tornado in position ready for the resuming of its railtour diary.
Departing York NRM at 10:35, the locomotive and its support coach will pass through York (10:51), Church Fenton (11:07), Woodlesford (11:55), Shipley (12:32), Keighley (12:41), Cononley (12:50), Skipton (12:56), Hellifield (13:10), Long Preston (13:54), Bentham (14:23), Carnforth (14:50) and Carnforth Steamtown at 15:35.
