CCTV Appeal as ticket machine is attempted to be set on fire at Shirebrook

Shirebrook Station Incident

British Transport Police are investigating an incident which included criminal damage and trespass at station and would like to speak to the men in the CCTV pictures.

On 1st March 2020, at around 3:15 pm, it was reported to the police that three men were running between the platforms at Shirebrook station.

The men are then believed to have damaged a shelter, and thrown ballast through a window, before attempting to set a ticket machine on fire.

believe the men in the images may have information to help their investigation.

  1. Disgraceful people are out & about not obeying the lockdown rules and just want to cause more misery and trouble. The mugshots of these idiots shows how they don’t seem to care. Makes me absolutely angry. Scumbags 😡
