Steam locomotive 7029 Clun Castle will be back in steam on the mainline on Saturday 24th August 2019.
The GWR Castle locomotive is hauling an excursion from Dorridge to Gloucester.
The railtour departs Dorridge at 08:30 behind the locomotive.
The railtour will then pass through Solihull (08:38), Tyseley (08:52), Birmingham Moor Street (09:04), Birmingham Snow Hill (09:10), Smethwick Galton Bridge (09:27), Stourbridge Junction (09:46), Kidderminster (09:57), Worcester Shrub Hill (10:19), Cheltenham Spa (11:08) and Gloucester at 11:30.
The return trip will see 7029 Clun Castle depart Gloucester at 14:52 – and will then pass through Cheltenham Spa (15:04), Worcester Shrub Hill (15:32), Kidderminster (15:59), Stourbridge Junction (16:10), Birmingham Snow Hill (16:40), Birmingham Moor Street (16:44), Tyseley (16:53), Solihull (17:08), and finally Dorridge (17:19).
