The Railway Preservation Society of Ireland has announced that they will be holding a Volunteers Day on Saturday 29th September.

The Society relies on volunteer input to keep trains moving.

Some volunteers are museum guides, some work on the admin side, and some are more hands-on with the trains.

Currently, around 150 members are involved in volunteering.

There will be two sessions, one at 11 am and the second at 2 pm. You will be able to learn more about volunteer positions available.
