Train operating company, Eurostar, is opening ticket sales to the French Alps on the 18th July 2018. This direct train takes passengers from the centre of London to the side of the Alps.
Passengers benefit from spacious surroundings, a generous baggage allowance of two suitcases plus hand luggage and skis or snowboards at no extra cost.
Eurostar trains to the French Alps stop at Moûtiers, Aime-la-Plagne and Bourg-St-Maurice make it easy to access Europe’s top resorts including Courcheval, La Plagne, Tignes, Meribel, and Les Arcs.
A variety of services are available:
- Friday overnight:Â travel overnight to start with a day on the snow on Saturday.
- Saturday daytime:Â Sit back and enjoy the relaxing start to your holiday.
- Saturday overnight: Squeeze an extra day in on the slopes when combining with a Friday overnight train.
The 2018/19 seasonal ski services run weekly from 21 December 2018 until 6 April 2019, with fares from £75 each way.
