East Lancashire Railway – Sulzer Saturday (4K)

Here is our video of our trip to see the Sulzer Saturday gala held by the East Lancashire Railway, in Bury, on the 13th January 2018.

We start the day at Townsend Fold crossing, which is just outside Rawtenstall, as we see Class 45 No. 45108 pass through with the first train of the day from Bury to Rawtenstall.

Moving to Irwell Vale, we see Class 33 No. 33109 ‘Captain Bill Smith’ arrive, and depart, with a service from Bury to Rawtenstall.

Next stop for is Ramsbottom, which is the middle station on the line, where trains pass. We see two trains pass here before moving onto our next station, Summerseat.

For the remainder of the day, we show us moving between Summerseat and Ramsbottom – trying out new locations.
