BTP release CCTV image of man after London Underground station assault

British Transport Police (BTP) has asked the public for help to track down a man who they think may have information linked to the assault of two men on board a London Underground service.

BTP has issued a CCTV image of the man they wish to question.

The incident took place at around 22:40 on Saturday 9 December at Preston Road Underground Station. The two victims had boarded a train at the station when they were assaulted by a man.

The man then ran away from the station after the train had departed.

Both of the victims sustained injuries as a result of the assault.

Anyone who is able to supply information in connection with the incident is asked to contact BTP by calling 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016, with reference 825 of 091223.
