has once again earned the title of Transport Sector Leader as part of the annual GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) assessment, achieving a top score of 100/100 and a five-star rating.

The rolling stock company's efforts and continuing commitment to sustainability matters, key initiatives under its inclusion and diversion strategy, alongside emission reduction targets, have played a vital role in achieving such an impressive score.

GRESB Assessments see information collected regarding a company's ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance alongside its best sustainability practices for real estate, infrastructure funds, companies and global assets.

The assessment provides a clear view for a company regarding complex sustainability matters, as well as to financial markets.
