c2c has the country’s most satisfied commuters

According to the latest research by the independent watchdog , passengers using are once again the most satisfied commuters in the country.

The survey undertaken by Transport Focus interviewed rail passengers across the country. Results from that survey showed that, with an overall satisfaction rate among passengers surveyed of 96%, c2c came out on top. The company operates train services between London, Southend-on-Sea, and Shoeburyness, and has won 15 industry and corporate awards in the past five years.

c2c also came first for punctuality/reliability, with 96% of its passengers saying they were satisfied, and 91% saying they were satisfied in terms of the level of crowding.

  • But the ticket machines at stations on the c2c network is a farce. And the ticket machines dont always seem to work and break down. Plus some of the staff at some stations don’t really seem to help at all.
