Hot on the heels of our last feature, which allowed you to see upcoming tours and movements through your local or favourite station, RailAdvent Plus members can get customised notifications to their device, whether it be steam tour timings, diesel tours or specific news notifications.
All you need to do is simply head over to the dedicated notification page by clicking here (there is also a link on your member homepage) and set which notifications you would like to receive.
If you are not yet a member, simply sign up by clicking here and you will get instant access to this new feature and more, including streaming video, downloadable images, discounts at railways and more. It costs less than a 10p a day to do so!
This means that you will get news notifications direct to your device (and only the news you are interested in).
Why spend time looking through other websites to find timings, only to find they aren't there yet, and endlessly revisiting the website to check for updates. As a RailAdvent Plus member, you will get direct notifications telling you when timings for a steam / diesel tour or movement have been announced.
There is also an option for notifications for when a tour is cancelled or amended.
