Train operator London North Eastern Railway (LNER) has shared some of their apprentices' experiences to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week.
Working across a variety of departments, over 80 apprentices within the company contribute a great amount to the overall success of the business.
Their roles vary from train driving and engineering to digital marketing and HR.
LNER works with a range of providers along the East Coast Route to allow a range of qualifications to be available to the apprentices.
Back in January, we reported on LNER receiving a Top Employer in the UK award.

“I am thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship and the amount I'm learning from the experience. From studying in a classroom, sitting in a simulator, and then driving a real train, it is quite a journey! I feel proud to look back and think about how much I've achieved in such a short period of time”
