Train operator, London North Eastern Railway, has been named by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer in the UK.
The award shows off LNER for its work in a number of areas, including the work environment and performance development.
The operator says that the Top Employer status shows off it's “passion for creating a better world of work which is achieved by developing effective experiences through authentic people practices”.
