International digital rail ticketing platform, Trainline, is taking its advertising to the SuperBowl this weekend (11th Feb) as part of an ongoing campaign to encourage American tourists to travel by train when they visit the UK.

The six-week campaign will see adverts shown on screens at key US international airport terminals to raise awareness of train travel in both the UK and Europe.

Trainline is also an advertising partner with Reach TV which also officially partners NFL and will see a 30-second advert shown in the commercial breaks during the SuperBowl – which is thought to be a first for the UK rail industry!

The ongoing campaign has also seen collaborations with celebrities such as David Hasselhoff and Tan France alongside a takeover event at Grand Central Station in City.
