Following Bachmann Europe Plc's previous announcement of a release of a Class 30 and 31 in Branchline OO Scale, has announced a complete new range at its Spring British Railway Announcements.
In the Branchline range are new Class 44, Class 45, and Class 46 ‘Peak' locomotives, whilst the Class 20 now has the option of being fitted with Tablet Catcher apparatus.
New models of TSO and BSK Mk. 1 vehicles are available in a variety of liveries, with the option of pre-fitted passengers, including 12 Scenecraft figures pre-fitted to each vehicle.
Further enhancements to the Mk.1s include removal of the end steps to match those removed from real after the introduction of overhead line electrification.
New additions to the freight range include an OBA Open Wagon, another OTA Timber Wagon, and a selection of TTA Tank Wagons with a pristine or weathered finish.
The Graham Farish N scale now includes the iconic LMS ‘Twins' Nos. 10000 and 10001 and a South Eastern & Chatham Railway ‘Dance Hall' Brake Van.
The ‘Twins' have a coreless motor with twin flywheels driving all axles, all-wheel electrical pick-up, a Next18 DCC decoder interface and pre-fitted speaker, and SOUND FITTED options. They are fitted with working headcode marker lights, cab lights, and directional lights, and the option to fit water scoops.
The South Eastern & Chatham Railway ‘Dance Hall' Brake Van has a finely-moulded planked body and prominent metal. Long footboards are fitted separately and brake gear is fitted underneath the model. It is available in four liveries, each with a choice of two running numbers including the sole-survivor No. 11902 which is preserved at the Whitwell & Reepham Railway.
A new addition to the Bachmann Narrow Gauge range is another Baguley-Drewry 70hp diesel locomotive and new Scenecraft models depicting the Blacksmiths and Wagon Workshops found at Boston Lodge on the Ffestiniog Railway.
New Scenecraft models in OO Scale include Oakworth Station from the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, a set of Stone Low Relief Terraced Houses, and a wooden Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway station building in a choice of two colours with a matching wooden canopy and each will be offered.
Four new figures are added to Scenecraft OO Scale, and N Scale Scenecraft range now includes a Pagoda Shed & Store, Midsomer Norton signal box, an ARP Signal Box, and two water cranes suitable Eastern and Southern Region layouts.
In the EFE Road range a Cravens RT Limited Edition Set depicts the two surviving Cravens RTs which are now owned and operated by Ensignbus, with the models carrying authentic Ensignbus liveries of red & cream and green & cream.
