ScotRail makes it five in a row as a Top Employer

For the fifth time in a row, ScotRail has been named one of the top employers in the UK.

The accolade of Top Employer underlines the fact that the organisation in question is dedicated to a better world of work.

The Top Employers Institute programme is internationally-recognised, certifying and recognising more than 2,300 Top Employers across five continents and in 121 countries.

To gain recognition, an employer must participate in the Institute's Human Resources Best Practices Survey and ensure that their results place them in amongst the top organisations for which to work.

In all, 20 topics are covered, which include people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and more.
