Alstom has announced that they have been presented with Top Employer 2021 certifications in 14 countries.
The Top Employers Institute examines the Human Resources (HR) department of companies to assess how well they function at supporting employees.
In Alstom's case, they excelled in all areas and in a number of countries. Topics looked into include Work Environment, Talent Acquisition and Learning.
Alstom follows in the footsteps of London North Eastern Railway and ScotRail as Top Employers in the UK.
