NOTICE: 60007 is no longer fit to work the tour.
Tour is diesel hauled throughout on the outbound journey, 46100 Royal Scot hauls

Steam locomotive 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley will be visiting Shrewsbury this Thursday (13th July 2023) as it hauls The Welsh Marches Express

The tour will originate in , with the train being hauled to begin with by a . Departing Slough at 06:24am, the train will pass through (06:32), (06:48), (07:16), , (08:21), (08:36) and at 08:52 and 09:17. Just outside Bristol Temple Meads, 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley is attached to the train.

Departing Bristol 09:20, the steam locomotive will pass through (09:28), (09:42), (11:13), (11:49) and Shrewsbury at 12:37.

After time at Shrewsbury, 60007 will depart at 15:48 and will pass through (16:39), Hereford (16:56), (18:55), Bristol Temple Meads (19:23 – Diesel Hauled From Here), Bath Spa (20:20), Chippenham (20:37), Swindon (20:59), Didcot Parkway (22:00), Reading (22:19), Maidenhead (22:35) and Slough at 22:45.
