CCTV images released after police officer assault at London’s Charing Cross Underground station

The has released CCTV images after an off-duty police officer was assaulted at Charing Cross Underground station.

The assault took place on Sunday 7th May just before 6am when four men approached the off-duty officer on the Northbound platform and attacked him, stealing his phone and bag, which contained keys and a laptop.

The victim suffered a broken wrist, perforated ear drum and two broken teeth.
