Northern is seeking a TrainCare Centre Manager for its depot in Allerton, Merseyside. The position includes responsibility for the entire 12.5-acre site including depot leadership for a team of 150 employees.
The right applicant will need a relevant background in production leadership, ideally from the rail sector or a heavy industry environment.
Applicants will need to hold a certificate from The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health.
The closing date for applications is Monday the 13th of March 2023.

- Hull Botanic Gardens in East Yorkshire
- Heaton in Tyne & Wear
The Allerton depot is responsible for the maintenance of approximately 25% of 360 trains which make up Northern's Fleet and is home to its electric fleet of Class 319, Class 331 and Class 769 trains.
