70000 Britannia will be on the mainline once again as it hauls a railtour from Crewe to Windsor and Eton Riverside.
The locomotive is hauling ‘The Royal Charter' via Stafford and the West Coast Main Line.
Departing Crewe at 07:18 and will pass through Stafford (07:51), Atherstone (08:36), Nuneaton (09:03), Rugby (09:27), Northampton (10:14), Milton Keynes Central (10:32), Tring (10:54), Watford Junction (11:29), South Acton (12:14), Brentford (12:28), Feltham (12:42) and Windsor and Eton Riverside at 13:05.
After time in Windsor, the return trip will depart at 18:13 and will pass through Staines (18:24), South Acton (18:46), Harrow and Wealdstone (19:43), Milton Keynes Central (20:28), Northampton (20:44), Rugby (21:06), Nuneaton (21:47), Stafford (22:29) and Crewe at 23:12.
