The Rail Co. is holding their 2021 prices for their 2022 programme of rail tours.

Between May and September, 14 tours are planned, as well as the regular Windsor and Sunset tours. Destinations range from seaside towns to cathedral cities and everything in between, including Weymouth, Canterbury, Winchester, Bath, and Portsmouth for the Isle of Wight. Most trips depart from London behind a steam locomotive, and participants can join the train at various points along the route.

On-board the trains there are four classes of travel, starting from £109 per person in Premium Standard where passengers are seated at tables of four, with crisp white tablecloths and complimentary tea and coffee at their seats. For £284 per person, passengers can enjoy Pullman Style Dining with a Champagne breakfast or brunch on the outward journey and on day trips a four-course dinner on the return journey.

David Buck, chairperson of The Steam Dreams Rail Co., commented “The past couple of years have been challenging for the travel industry and passengers are increasingly being hit with rising costs. To show our appreciation for their continued loyalty we have made the decision to hold our prices for 2022.”

“It is important to us that our passengers feel valued and our commitment to offer great value despite rising costs reflects this.” “We have an exciting season ahead of us and look forward to sharing it with all our passengers.”

Further information on the day trips can be obtained from The Steam Dreams Rail Co. at www.steamdreams.co.uk or by telephone 01483 209888.
