UPDATE: All lines between Edinburgh and Newcastle have reopened.

TransPennine Express are advising passengers between Newcastle and Edinburgh not to travel today, Monday 29th November, as the line remains closed.
Services are still unable to run north of Newcastle due to the effects of Storm Arwen over the weekend.
Severe weather has caused infrastructure damage, and whilst Network Rail are working to fix the damage, it means trains cannot run between Newcastle and Edinburgh.
TransPennine Express are allowing those with tickets from today or the weekend to travel tomorrow (Tuesday 30th November) once the line has reopened.
Kathryn O'Brien, Customer Experience Director for TransPennine Express, said: “The impact of Storm Arwen from the weekend is still being felt on the network and I'd like to apologise to our customers who have been affected by the weather this weekend and thank them for their patience.
“Our colleagues at Network Rail and working hard to get the railway line between Newcastle and Edinburgh open again in challenging conditions. For any customers who have tickets purchased for travel for Friday, Saturday, Sunday or today between the two cities, your tickets will be valid to travel on our services on Tuesday 30 November.”
