With Halloween out of the way, no doubt our readers are starting to get into the Christmas spirit.
The Steam Dreams Rail Company have got a range of tours coming up featuring both 60163 Tornado and 61306 Mayflower.
Most of the Christmas trips will start from a London terminus with an opportunity to join the tours at various stations along their route.
Christmas trips kick off in just under two weeks time on Thursday 18th November, with a trip from London King's Cross taking passengers to the York St Nicholas Fair, York's most popular festive market.
Moving in to December, Steam Dreams are offering tours to Lincoln's Christmas Market from London as well as Southend to Oxford's market.
Not only in Oxford can you visit the Broad Street Christmas Market, but you can join in at a carol service at one of the oldest surviving churches in Oxford.
Tickets start from £109 in Premium Standard, with that rising to £279 per person for Pullman Dining.
All passengers will be served a mulled wine and a mince pie.

All of the day trips will be hauled by new build LNER A1 No. 60163 Tornado, whilst 61306 Mayflower takes charged of the Santa Steam Express and Christmas Steam Express trips, which offer a chance of a festive dining experience or a chance to meet Santa himself. These will depart to and from London Victoria.
