On Tuesday 12 October passengers will have the opportunity to talk face to face with rail operator (LNR) at Station as part of their Whistle Stop Tour.

The event will take place on the main concourse at Central over two sessions 8-10am and 4-6.30pm.

During these sessions, passengers have the opportunity to ask questions of officials and discuss the rail service provided by LNR.

The popular Whistle Stop Tour recommences as the passenger numbers are increasing across the rail network following the pandemic

Annamaria Izzard, Head of Stations for LNR, said: “With the recent easing of restrictions our teams have been pleased to welcome more passengers back to the railway in recent weeks.

“As more people start travelling again it is the perfect time to resume our popular Whistle Stop Tour sessions so we can hear from our customers face-to-face.”

  • The whistle stop tour run by Siemens is amazing. But I still don’t understand on why London Northwestern Railway wants to replace the Class 350/2 Desiros as they ordered the Class 730 Aventras to replace the Class 319 and the Class 350/2. And West Midlands Railway also ordered the Class 730 3-Car to replace the Class 323 to be used on the Cross-City Line.
