Steam locomotive to depart Edinburgh for Aberdeen this Saturday

Steam locomotive 60163 Tornado will be on the mainline this Saturday, 11th September, as it heads for Aberdeen.

Tornado is hauling the Aberdonian this Saturday.

Departing Edinburgh at 08:48, the train will pass through Haymarket (08:52), Burntisland (09:22), Perth (11:10), Invergowrie (11:38), Dundee (11:56), Carnoustie (12:25), Montrose (12:50), Stonehaven (13:21) and Aberdeen (13:45).

The return trip will see Tornado depart at 17:53, and will then pass through Montrose (18:43), Carnoustie (19:08), Dundee (19:24), Perth (20:02), Haymarket (21:50) and Edinburgh at 21:54.
