Flying Scotsman steam locomotive to visit Salisbury this Tuesday

60103 Flying Scotsman is back on the mainline and is heading to Salisbury on a special railtour.

Departing the London Victoria at 08:46, the locomotive will pass through Clapham Junction (09:01), Brentford (09:15), Staines (09:33), Woking (09:59), Winchfield (10:19), Basingstoke (10:37), Andover (11:07) and Salisbury at 11:28.

From Salisbury, the locomotive will head for servicing before hauling a mini tour to Eastleigh.

Departing Salisbury at 15:03, the locomotive will head through Dean (15:17), Romsey (15:26), Redbridge (15:34), Southampton Central (15:39), St Denys (15:45), Southampton Airport Parkway (15:48) and Eastleigh at 15:53.

Returning to Salisbury, Flying Scotsman will depart Eastleigh at 16:04 and will pass through Romsey (16:40), Dean (16:53) and Salisbury at 17:08.

The return journey will see the locomotive depart Salisbury at 18:52 and will pass through Basingstoke (19:38), Brookwood (20:00), Staines (20:47), Brentford (21:01), Clapham Junction (21:18) and London Victoria at 21:37.
