Royal Scot steam locomotive to make a visit to Dawlish this Sunday

LMS ‘Scot’ No. 46100 ‘Royal Scot’ will be passing through Dawlish tomorrow as it hauls a special railtour on Sunday, 27th June 2021.

The Scot will be hauling a tour from Bristol Temple Meads to Dartmouth and return.

Departing Bristol Temple Meads at 07:51, the tour will pass through Bath Spa (08:09), Bradford-on-Avon (08:28), Westbury (08:48), Frome (09:03), Castle Cary (09:21), Taunton (09:54), Tiverton Parkway (11:09), Exeter St Davids (11:26), Dawlish (11:40), Newton Abbot (11:51), Paignton (12:04) and Kingswear (12:33).

After a break in, the return journey will return to the mainline at Kingswear. Departing at 16:40, the tour will pass through Paignton (17:10), Dawlish Warren (17:44), Tiverton Parkway (18:13), Taunton (18:28), Frome (19:43), Westbury (20:01), Bradford-on-Avon (20:19), Bath Spa (20:38) and Bristol Temple Meads at 20:59.

Please be aware that these are preliminary timings are subject to change.
