Woman robbed at South East London railway station – images released

are investigating an incident which took place at railway station, in South East London.

On Thursday 8th April, just before 7pm a man approached a woman who was standing on the platform at the station.

The man grabbed the woman from behind and pushed her up to a wall.

The victim was then turned around and was grabbed by the throat, and the man demanded she drop her phone.

The woman dropped her phone, which the man picked up, and he then ran away.

Officers from British Transport Police would like to speak to the man in these CCTV mages as they believe he could help them with the investigations into the incident at the railway station.
