Where to see steam locomotive 62005 this Tuesday as it steams through Scotland

Update: Departure has been delayed due to the inbound movements of a Class 37 locomotive

Note: Some stages of this move may be hauled by a Class 37 locomotive

This Tuesday, 20th April 2021, LNER K1 No. 62005 will continue its trip to Fort William in preparation for The Jacobite season.

Departing Carlisle High Wapping Sidings at 07:10, the locomotive will pass through Carlisle (07:12), Lockerbie (07:46), Beattock Summit (08:16), Carstairs (08:45), Motherwell (10:01), Springburn (10:28), Ashfield (12:00), Dalmuir (12:31), Dumbarton Central (12:44), Helensburgh Upper (13:36), Garelochhead (13:55), Glen Douglas (14:15), Arrochar & Tarbet (14:32), Ardlui (14:54), Crianlarich (15:18), Upper Tyndrum (15:59), Bridge of Orchy (16:18), Rannoch (16:49), Tulloch (17:28), Spean Bridge (17:50), Fort William Junction (18:10), and Fort William J Yd TC (18:17).
