Network Rail and train operator Northern have completed resurfacing work at one of their stations in Greater Manchester.
The upgrade work at Newton for Hyde station is part of Northern's “A Better Way To Go” programme which is seeing improvements across the network.
The layout of the car park has also been improved to clearly mark the bays and pedestrian walkways.
Network Rail funded the £35,000 project which took five weeks to complete.
The station has seen other improvements, including LED lighting and new ticket machines .
