LMS Jubilee No. 45699 Galatea, in the disguise of 45562 Alberta, will be on the mainline this Sunday, 6th September 2020, as it hauls a special railtour.
The Jubilee will be hauling The Waverley from York to Carlisle and return.
The train will depart York at 09:46 and will then pass through Church Fenton (10:02), Cross Gates (10:20), Leeds (10:28), Shipley (10:57), Keighley (11:11), Skipton (11:30), Hellifield (11:44), Ribblehead (12:26), Kirkby Stephen (12:50), Appleby (13:02), Langwathby (13:17) and Carlisle at 14:06.
The return journey will see the locomotive depart at 16:35 and will pass through Lazonby & Kirkoswald (17:03), Appleby (17:24), Garsdale (18:05), Ribblehead (18:17), Settle (18:28), Hellifield (18:35), Skipton (19:11), Keighley (19:33), Shipley (19:48), Leeds (20:11), Garforth (20:31), Church Fenton (20:40) and York at 20:55.
