has announced that passengers will be given the opportunity to give feedback on the service to the train operators managers later this month.

The first of the train operators ‘Meet the manager' feedback sessions of the year will be taking place on the 28th of January.

The session will be held at station between 0700 and 0900 and gives passengers using the services in Essex a chance to give their feedback.

There will be other sessions held throughout the year around the Greater Anglia network for more customers to give feedback on the service.

The company also holds Meet the Manager events on some trains and on Twitter.

What did the officials say?

Martin Moran, Greater Anglia's Commercial, Customer Service and Train Presentation Director, said,

“It's really important to us to hear from passengers about what matters to them so that we can continually improve our service.”
