The T3 Team are over the moon with the fundraising so far, but can help them raise more to see No.563 steaming again?
After receiving No.563 from the National Collection, the Swanage Railway Trust decided that having the T3 steaming would be the best way to tell its story. This is why they need your help to make this reality.
We recently reported that No. 563 was moved to the Flour Mill for an assessment to be made on the work to bring the loco back to steam.
At the end of week 6 of fundraising, an incredible £42,397.22 has been raised. There are multiple ways to donate towards the cause.
How to contribute to the fundraising?
The T3 Appeal has a Crowdfund page if you wish to donate via this option. You will have to be quick as the Crowdfund page runs until the 23rd of December this year. The link to the Crowdfund page can be found here
You can donate money via Gift Aid. You have to be a UK Taxpayer. Though, for every donation you make, it will be increased by 25% but at no cost to you (for example, if you Gift Aided £10, they would receive £12.50).
