The Museum of Science and Industry is based in Manchester and is a museum showcasing the development of Science and Technology (Manchester is well known for great achievements in this). Extensive displays showcase different Transport, Computing, Textiles displays. The site is on the worlds first railway station, Manchester Liverpool Road – the museum also offer Steam Train Rides at weekends and Bank Holidays.
