The has announced further later this month.

Members working as Customer Service managers will take a further day of strike action on Friday 26th April 2024.

Strike action will also take place on the 27th April in respect of any members starting shifts on Friday 26th April, but will run into Saturday 27th April 2024.

When similar strike action took place on the 10th April 2024, stations were closed at short notice and the strikes this week will likely mean stations will close at the last minute.

An overtime ban will also be in place from the 29th April until the 5th May.

“It's clear that our Customer Service Managers strike on 10 April made a real impact, many stations shut at short notice, and we had overwhelming support from the public. Because of Underground's refusal to get back round the negotiating table, we have been forced to take further strike action this week.

must now come clean with the public – their refusal to negotiate seriously and fairly with our union will lead to stations closing at the last minute and other stations being understaffed.

“We have made it clear that our union will not accept the continued threats to our members' roles, locations, terms, and conditions to stand unchallenged. We will continue to take sustained action until London Underground is prepared to negotiate with us in good faith.”

  • Sack every last one of them and then rehire them on a completely new contract and salaries and take back control of the underground and any other union dominated part of industry. OR, wait until the general election then if as is expected Starmer becomes Prime Minister they can demand and get exactly what they want. This should be fun.
