UPDATED: Steam locomotive 70000 Britannia to pass through Wrexham and Shrewsbury this Monday

UPDATE: Due to a delay in returning 70000 Britannia to service, this test run has been cancelled. It will now be operated with the LSL Bubble Car

70000 Britannia is set to be out on the mainline this Monday (22nd January 2024) as it heads on a test run to .

Please Note: This is a test run and may change or be cancelled at short notice

Departing HS at 09:33, the locomotive will pass through Crewe (09:57), (10:58), (11:17), Gobowen (11:35), Shrewsbury (11:58) and Coton Hill TC at 12:08.

After servicing, 70000 will pass through (13:05), (14:07), (14:15) and Crewe at 14:48.
