Southeastern services are set to be affected as union ASLEF takes further strike action on rail operators across the country between the 29th of January and Tuesday the 6th of February, and will see focused strikes for individual rail operators over specific days alongside a national overtime ban.
During the period of industrial action, Southeastern will be able to run a full service except for Tuesday the 30th of January when no Southeastern services will run.
The 30th of January will also see ASLEF take strike action on Southeastern's neighbouring rail operators:
Advice is given to rail customers to check their travel plans ahead of making a journey especially as individual strike action is set to impact differing rail operators over the following dates:
- Tuesday the 30th of January: Southeastern, Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Thameslink & South Western Railway
- Wednesday the 31st of January: Northern & Transpennine Express
- Friday the 2nd of February: Greater Anglia, c2c, LNER & Stansted Express.
- Saturday the 3rd of February: West Midlands Railway, London Northwestern Railway, Avanti West Coast & East Midlands Railway.
- Monday the 5th of February: Great Western Railway, CrossCountry & Chiltern Railways.

“Strikes are designed to be disruptive and it is clear there will be changes to services across the country during this extended period of strike action and we are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause to customers.
“On Tuesday 30 January, there will not be any Southeastern services on any part of the network. In addition, strikes will be taking place at a number of neighbouring operators on the same day.
“However, Southeastern will be providing a full service on all other days, despite the planned overtime ban. I would strongly urge customers to check their journeys well in advance during this time.
