In our latest video over on our YouTube Channel, we head to the for their 2020 Spring Steam Gala.

This is part one of Disc 1 of the video, which was previously available on DVD / BluRay or streamable on RailAdvent Plus, and sees us start at Sheds where the engines were being prepared for the days service. It was a hive of activity and sees engines being polished, prepped, coaled with everyone having a job to do.

The first engine off shed was 41241 and 4144, which was visiting for the gala from the Didcot Railway Centre. The duo were seen at Haworth heading off to Oxenhope to collect the carriages for the day.

With the tank engines passing, we walked to Mytholmes Tunnel where we see the ECS pass with 41241 and 4144 in top and tail mode.

We then made our way down to Damems, our reason? To see 41241 and 4144 pass through with their suburban coaches and freight wagons, respectively. They are both seen in wonderful sunshine approaching the station.

We end the video at West watching 5820 Big Jim and 41241 heading back to .

The rest of the videos will be uploaded in the coming weeks, so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel to see our latest videos.
