The Railway is working with Fox and Edwards Events to organise the seventy-minute trips, which consist of:

  • a round trip from Norden station on a 1950s or '60s carriage hauled by a steam locomotive
  • a meal of fish (or sausage) and chips
  • a baked sweet treat
  • a bottle of water.

Reviews from previous participants include:

  • “Super train ride with delicious fish and chips. Our party was aged 6 – 90, and a lovely day was had by all. We definitely recommend”
  • ”Fish and chips were fantastic”
  • “Wonderful trip today with fish & chips – well worth the money”

Tables are arranged in fours. Groups of two may be seated on the same table as other groups of two.
