Summer Sale announced by East Midlands Railway today!

has today (3rd July) launched its Summer Sale with over 100,000 discounted tickets up for grabs.

The sale includes some amazing deals such as adult Standard Class travel to for £15 and child tickets for just £5.

First Class travel is also available in the sale with single fares starting from as little as £20 for adults and £10 for children.

Travel either to or from London is valid from the following stations:

The sale is being run on a first come first served basis and will not be limited to one person, however, tickets must be bought ahead and are for one-way travel only.

Sale price tickets are available to book from the 3rd to the 19th of July with travel able to be booked between the 24th of July and the 9th of September – perfect for the school summer holidays!

Simon Pready, Commercial Director at East Midlands Railway, said:

“Tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis–so those looking to take advantage of these great fares should book early to avoid disappointment. When they're gone, they're gone.”

Tickets purchased in the Summer Sale are only valid for the train and date shown on the ticket for the journey booked. Tickets are also not available on all routes and are limited and subject to availability and exclusions.

For those unable to find what they are looking for in the sale, this could be due to the journey already selling out or that it is not part of the summer sale.
