Whats new for 2023 is that whilst the online discount remains, the Wensleydale Railway now offers the same discount for walk up tickets, simply by showing your RailAdvent Plus member card.

Maybe I’m just odd but travelling in a Pacer, which is all the Wensleydale railway now seems to offer, does not attract me at all.
These 4 wheel non-bogie units ride very roughly and noisily and, when they were in main network service, I did all I could to avoid travelling in them.
So I really don’t relish spending leisure hours in them!
