Railway Industry Association reveals shortlists for RISE awards

The (RIA) has shortlisted a range of rail suppliers and individuals in its ten categories for the annual Railway Supplier Excellence (RISE).

The Awards celebrate excellence and achievements in the UK rail supply industry. Winners will  be announced at the RIA Dinner and RISE Awards 2023 on Thursday 29 June at the Intercontinental Park Lane, Central .

Over ninety entries – the highest so far – were submitted by RIA members, which were then considered by a high level panel of railway leaders. The ten categories are:

  • Application of Digital Technology Award
  • EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) Award
  • Employee of the year award
  • ESG (environmental, social and governance) Award
  • Innovation Award
  • Partnership Award
  • Rising Star Award
  • Safety Award
  • SME (small and medium enterprise) Exporter
  • SME Growth

RIA has thanked the sponsors of the RIA Dinner and RISE Awards 2023: Gleeds (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Award), Atkins (SME Growth in Rail Award) and Xrail (Silver Sponsor).
