Over the Easter weekend, the Railway welcomed a record-breaking number of visitors on both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Trains were hauled by steam locomotives on a three-mile journey to Stonehenge where families could search for Easter Eggs around the museum site.

On both days the railway had two trains in service, with the regular Andrew Barclay locomotive working alongside a restored First World War Baldwin locomotive .

On Sunday, 28th May, the railway will welcome the children's TV character Bluey to Stonehenge Works for one day only, and children will the steam-train ride to meet her as she appears at intervals throughout the day. To satisfy the anticipated demand for people wishing to meet Blue, the railway will run longer, seven-coach, trains.
